I spend a lot of time behind the potter’s wheel, but not all of it! Sometimes I’m firing the 50 cubic foot downdraft kiln to volcano temperatures (∆10). Glazing the work takes more time than you might think, likely because I’m meticulous. I’m inspired by the natural world so it is important to me that I spend time in it.
